Privacy

We use simple, first-party statistics to understand which pages are read, when contact links are clicked and how quickly pages load. Only daily totals by page, event and loading-time range are stored on our server. We do not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor identifiers, referrers, URL queries or form contents in these statistics.

Aggregate records are kept for up to 90 days. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Contact-link clicks are not treated as submitted applications. If you email us, the information you choose to share is used to respond to your enquiry. For privacy questions, email ab@brandbook.net.cn.

Account services use a necessary login-session cookie. Registration email, profile and contact details, email-verification records, cooperation documents, signatures and operation records support account access and collaborations. Authorised team members can access the information needed for their work. Business records are separate from anonymous statistics; the 90-day limit applies only to those statistics. To request access, correction, account closure or retention information, contact contact@brandbook.net.cn. Removal of signing and archival records requires additional review.
